Hey friends,

                 It feels good to be back after a few very busy weeks.... Now a few days of leave from work... lots planned to do..... Will have to see how many of those I can really complete.

               Today, am posting another small piece of jewel that I designed for my darling daughter. Bought her a long skirt and top for her birthday. We went around looking out for a necklace and bangles to match. There were many that I liked, but... mothers of young daughters can easily guess what would have happened...Yes, my darling daughter did not like any of those and finally, when she gave me a very sweet smile back home, I knew what was coming.... with just a couple of days as deadline and no time to buy new materials to work with, I had to come up with a design for accessories .. and that too with the materials in hand...

           This was the dress that got me busy...

                I thought of a simple neck- piece with very pale pink pearls I had with me.... tried out various designs, finally, with these pink pearls and antique finish beads, I designed a necklace and also a bracelet to match.... and, this is the final version.....

   

                 As usual, my girlie was a picture of happiness , and, with the hugs and sweet kisses that I earned, how could I not be happy !!
